Listening Sessions

The LMU Presidential Search Committee invites you to participate in a community listening session to help shape the presidential profile and guide candidate selection. 

• Sessions will be held in-person and virtually, moderated by WittKieffer, our executive search partner, and will last approximately 60 minutes. Refreshments will be provided for in-person attendees.
• Attendees can share their views on the key qualities of a successful president and the criteria for evaluating candidates.
• Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Check-in is required upon arrival, with OneCards or identification needed for in-person sessions.
• To prepare for the listening sessions, please review our listening session guidance in advance.
• Alternatively, if you are unable to attend a session or wish to provide additional feedback, you may utilize our online community input submission form.
