LionConnect enhances collaboration, communication, and connection among Web of Support staff, equipping them with cutting-edge tools to efficiently manage individual student progress.
This platform enables personalized advice and interventions by providing real-time insights into each student’s academic journey. Support staff anticipate challenges, track milestones, and offer timely assistance, ensuring seamless support and preventing any student from falling through the cracks. By fostering stronger collaboration among Web of Support staff, LionConnect enhances the overall student support network, ensuring students receive the assistance they need precisely when they need it.

Student Success Hub is the portal that staff members utilize in order to provide unified and collaborative student support.

LionConnect has not replaced other systems and derives its data directly from Banner. However, the goal is for offices across campus to switch from their various appointment scheduling systems to utilizing Student Success Hub to provide a more centralized support experience for LMU students.

- Summer 2023 – The Community of Care team in the Dean of Students office launched.
- Fall 2023 – Undergraduate and Graduate students working with Community of Care were added as applicable.
- Summer 2024 – The college and schools' Student Success teams and deans' offices, OISS, Athletics Academic team, Honors Program, and the NEXUS team launched.
- Fall 2024 – All undergraduate and graduate students were activated.
- Ongoing – Enhancements to the portals and addition of Web of Support members will be made on an ongoing basis.

The first launch focuses on those web of support staff who work across multiple units to collaboratively assist students with resolving key barriers to graduation. This launch includes the following teams: Community of Care, College and Schools Student Success teams and Dean's offices, OISS, Athletics Academic team, Honors Program, and the NEXUS team. Each launch will bring a new set of areas into LionConnect as we expand the system to support the inclusion of key curricular and co-curricular areas.

Various training opportunities have been coordinated for the LionConnect Web of Support including instructor-led training, self-paced training videos and resource documents, and drop-in question and answer sessions. Web of Support members can find all resources in Box.
