SEIU Election and Ballot Counting

Dear Faculty Colleagues, 

Earlier today, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) counted mailed-in ballots and showed that the LMU non-tenure track faculty for the LMU Bellarmine College of Liberal Arts, the LMU College of Communication and Fine Arts, and the LMU School of Film and Television voted in favor of union representation by Service Employees International Union.

Please note that we anticipate these results to be certified by the NLRB once post-election procedures initiated by LMU or the union have concluded.

I will share additional information with you once the results have been certified.
